Student Account Refund
Before asking for a refund, consider these easy options:
1. Transfer funds to a younger sibling. As long as your student is actively enrolled in our school district, they will have access to that money no matter which of our sites they attend.
2. Donate funds to our Lunch Buddy Account. We collect donations throughout the school year and apply these funds discreetly to students in need. If you'd like to make an additional donation, please contact the Nutrition Services Department directly at (530) 743-4428 x 1771
If you need a refund, follow these simple steps:
1. Contact Nutrition Services Department (530) 743-4428 ext 1771.
2. Request a refund or transfer from your student's account by compleating the REFUND REQUEST FORM.
3. A refund check will be mailed to the adress requested within 2-3 weeks (minus a $5.00 processing fee) or transfered to a siblings account.
Refunds must be requested within one calendar year of exiting PLESD. After this time, funds are not able to be refunded.
