Plumas Lake Elementary School District employees have access to Aflac supplemental insurance plans designed to help provide financial support when unexpected illnesses or injuries occur. Available coverage includes Accident, Short-Term Disability, Cancer/Specified Disease, and Hospital Confinement Indemnity insurance. These voluntary plans pay cash benefits directly to you (unless otherwise assigned) and can help offset out-of-pocket expenses not covered by your primary health insurance.

In addition to CalSTRS and CalPERS, eligible employees may participate in voluntary 403(b) retirement savings plans. PLESD partners with OMNI & TSACG Compliance Services to administer these supplemental retirement programs, providing employees with access to approved investment providers, enrollment resources, plan information, and compliance services.
