State Education Cuts and the Bottom Line for PLESD:

I am sure you have all been informed of the budget crisis our State is in and what that means for education, locally, in your child's school.  Over the last few years the Plumas Lake Elementary School Board has had to make some difficult decisions that will affect your child's education and opportunity to participate in many of the classes & activities that they love and look forward to each day. 

Introducing the Plumas Lake Foundation:

The Plumas Lake Foundation is being set up, by volunteers in the community, to support and enhance quality education for the students of PLESD. The foundation looks to  provide after school enrichment classes and raise money that will help provide funding for programs that are being cut by the State during these fiscally challenging times.  More information to come as the foundation continues to develop.
