Alphafriend/Letter Recognition and Sound Practice
- I have used this form as a homework practice page. You can change the letter and alphafriend to fit your needs.

Penguin Bingo Card
I use this during our penguin theme. You can write their cvc words or their high frequency words in the circles. We usually use bingo markers to mark the circles, but it is also fun to just color them different colors during our game.

Progress Report/Cover

End of the year cover
- I use this for parent conferences as we clear way to show parents their scores and progress. I also use this form as a placement cover. I fill it out and attach all the student's collected work from the year. This cover goes to the student's next teacher. If you keep it up all year, the end of the year is simple. I also put a copy in the student's cumalative folder.

Behavior

Weekly Behavior Form
- I created this form because I wanted something for homework and behavior. I use this for each of my students and I type in their homework for the week (each reading group has different homework).
