| | On April 9th, 2008, the Plumas Lake School Board approved a Facilities Master Plan, which spans over a 10 year period. The following is a brief overview of what the district is expecting over the next ten years:
- The County of Yuba has now approved a plan to fund the levy improvements necessary to continue development in the Plumas Lake Specific Plan.
- As a result, developers/home builders will be permitted to construct new housing units.
- Based on current development projections and the District’s historical student generation rate of 0.516 students per home, District enrollment will exceed school site capacity by the 2012-13 school year. (to see the rest of the report)
